SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Baltimore, MD.

I am just one person (a mom and a full time student with a clinical internship). So, I ship orders once a week (usually on Fridays). If you need something to arrive quickly, please add a note when you submit your order and I will make every effort to get it to you ASAP.

You should receive a tracking number when items ship. The estimated delivery time is just that- an estimate. I cannot control when your item(s) will arrive.

Please double check your address when submitting your order. I cannot be responsible for an order shipped to the wrong address if it was your error.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

I have tried to represent the items in my shop with as much accuracy as possible. Please look at the images closely and read the descriptions. Each piece is made by hand and has inconsistencies in color, shape, or finish. I do not accept returns unless there is a problem with your order. Please email me right away if you have concerns.

I will make every effort to pack your items to prevent damage during shipping. However, sometimes terrible things can happen to your order on the way to you. If something arrives damaged, please contact me right away.

CARE AND USE

These ceramics are food safe and dishwasher safe. I do not recommend putting them in the microwave.

BONNIE CRAWFORD

I make sculptures, drawings, photographs, and performances while contemplating how intimacy, risk, and harm inform habits of care. I am interested in how care-taking happens relative to capitalism's devaluation of reproductive labor. I began working this way when I became a divorced mother of two and in turn became dependent on queer family structures for support. Born and raised in South Carolina, I have lived in Baltimore for over 20 years.

I am currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy at Notre Dame of Maryland University, and make ceramic wares in my shed studio.
